Thank You, 2023!

What a busy year 2023 has been, with the final half of the year dedicated to bringing this book to life and into the lives of families like ours.

Creating this book has been a labour of love – a wonderful, heartfelt, challenging learning curve. I have gained so much knowledge throughout this process that will allow me to continue on as a self-published author.

This process has given me the opportunity to once again work alongside a very talented, thoughtful, and creative woman who has meticulously bought Lizzy’s world to life through her bright and beautiful illustrations.

Along the way I have been lucky enough to connect with, and be supported by, other self-published authors and mothers both here in Australia and abroad – our journeys and learnings shared.

Best of all, I have gotten to create Lizzy is Busy with the support, input, and encouragement of my wild and wonderful family.

Lizzy is Busy, created for my son whose brilliant mind and wonderful personality is often misunderstood.

May Lizzy help others to understand and accept our lively children and their busy brains. 💛
